Refund Policy

Refunding Sessions:

Any purchased individual sessions that were not used may be refunded.

Canceling Sessions:

You must provide 24 hours notice to cancel a booked appointment, otherwise you will be charged full price for the session.

Note: For all refunds, you will be charged a 3% transaction fee on the total dollar amount that are being refunded.
